My Birthday Wishlist

Posted by Deelytz

March is a very important month of the year, simply because it’s my son’s birth month and mine as well. We are actually more excited to celebrate DS’s birthday but of course turning 33 this year is such a celebration as well and I want a few items for my birthday and most of them are really expensive stuff but I know that this blog entry is free and I can totally include anything on my list. I wish to just get one from these items this March, I will let you know which one I love the best after the last item on the list…

Elliptical Machines such as this Smooth Agile DMT X2 Elliptical, that will help me lose more weight when I’m at home and don’t have the time to hit the gym.

A Silk Jersey similar to this one but I want something with 3/4 sleeves since it is very hot in the my country, to pair with a black or dark brown shorts and a pair of nice flats sandals .

A Gucci G-Wave. A medium shoulder bag in leather with G ornament with woven leather accents. I know this is something that will only be in my dreams, unless I win the lottery since it is priced at $2540.

Tom Ford Whitney Sunnies. I’ve been in love with this sunglasses for a long time now and though I’ve been looking for replicas, I think I might as well save up for the real thing.

Vita Fede Bangles. I love the first 3 bangles which is nice to wear all at the same time the green is in L size, the dark brown in M and the light gray in S. And when I have the 3 of them maybe I can have the bottom 2 also. HAHA…

Panasonic Lumix LX3. Because I want a small cam that I can carry in a medium sized purse all the time and which also takes great pictures like that of a dslr.

A shopping spree at Schu and any nice boutique in Powerplant or Makati or MOA.

So what is my very fave in this list? I want the Tom Ford sunnies first since it’s Summer already and I’ve been wanting that for so long. Oh well, a girl can only dream. I hope my Prince Charming will read this though. :D

Baby Talk

Posted by Deelytz

A friend is living in New York and she recently gave birth to a very pretty baby girl. She doesn’t know how to drive and is actually a stay at home mom but run errands all the time. Though they live in the city and most shops are just walking distance from their apartment, her growing baby is getting a bit heavier each day so I suggested to her of buying a nice baby jogger city mini which is very light weight and compact.

Shopping for babies is very exciting. Now that I have a toddler, it’s less fussy. So when a friend asks for help, I am happy to contribute. :D

I Want

Posted by Deelytz

I’m in love with this swimsuit and it’s expensive! How depressing right? I think I can carry this one even if it’s a bit sexy, even without those weight loss pills, pairing this top with a nice black boyleg will be nice. I want a new swim suit. Mine is a bit old though I love my old bikini since they have sentimental value (my best friend gave it to me), I want a new pair and this tankini will definitely cover up my bulges, looking so hot! (as if! :P )

Ruched tankini offers you the coverage of a one piece with the perfect fit of a two piece. Straps features adjustable sliders for more of less coverage in the cups. Cups are adjustable. Top ties at neck. Fully lined. Made in Brazil.

Motivate Yourself

Posted by Deelytz

I woke up at 4:30am with a headache and a joint pain and I have no idea why. I slept early last night and had a sound sleep but when I woke up this morning, I don’t feel nice. I don’t think it’s the hormones, I just had my period and I don’t think the joints are affected when your hormones are going crazy. I should really get into the fitness and exercise stuff more seriously. I need motivation. How? Here are some tips:

  1. Now that Summer is around, buy a bikini. Hang it somewhere where you can see it everyday so when you see them it will inspire you to exercise and eat healthy.
  2. Treat yourself once in awhile when you complete your weekly regimen of exercise and diet by maybe buying yourself a bouquet of flowers or a nice top during the weekends.
  3. Post a note around like on your laptop screen or your work station wall to remind you why you want to exercise, notes like “Bathing suit season” or “Getting healthy one step at a time”, this will remind you when you feel lazy to move your butt.
  4. Are you sexy and really slim before? Dig some of your nicest old photos and post it in a place where you can see it often like you closet or your bathroom, ladies in a magazine might make you feel ugly but seeing yourself from way back like that will truly inspire you because that’s you!
  5. Treat yourself to a spa once in a while after your gym routine. Looking forward to the spa time after hitting the gym will never let you miss your exercise.

These are just samples of motivations and you can make your own unique motivation for yourself. I will be healthier and sexier this 2010, we have to claim it and do something about it! :D

Best Bathing Suit

Posted by Deelytz

My friend and I are seriously talking about the diet pill comparison we read online. Why? Well because at the same time we were checking out the nice bathing suits we saw in an online shop. We are both planning beach trips with our families and frankly, our bathing suits don’t fit us anymore so we are looking for nice and cheap suits that we can buy. So I also came across this article which can be helpful to both of us…

The Best Bathing Suit for Your Shape

If You Have Full Hips and Thighs… A suit with eye-catching details above the waist?a pop of color, a deep neckline, hardware?to lure attention to your upper half. Down below, opt for an arched leg line that hits about an inch south of the hip bone. A skirted bottom also hides hips, says Ilene Sofferman, manager of Canyon Beachwear, in New York City. An A-line cut, a slit, or ruched sides keep the look modern. What to avoid: Boy shorts, one-pieces with side cutouts, and bottoms with embellishments, especially ring hardware (which can pinch the skin).

If You Have a Tummy… Designs that skim over the middle (think A-line tankinis) or suits that have ruched or textured fabric or built-in control panels to suck in an ample midsection. And, no, you don’t have to shy away from all bikinis, says Kari Rubin, owner of the Sunsplash Swimwear boutique, in San Diego. “Choose styles with high waistbands that are shirred or folded to give you more coverage.” What to avoid: Tight-fitting tankinis, belt detailing, and low-rise or string bottoms.

If You Have a Large Bust… Underwire is key, but wide or adjustable straps, boning, seamed cups, and sturdy linings help lift the chest, too. Other ancillary support features, like high necklines, full coverage at the armholes, or halters with wide bands under the breasts, also help. And embrace the bikini: “In some cases, a two-piece is actually better, because you have a band of support all the way around the back,” says Linda Sassoon, president of Gottex USA. What to avoid: Skimpy styles that gape open or lack structure, like triangle tops.

If You Have a Straight Figure… Three-dimensional details?ruffles, rings, shirring, padding?and bold prints can make a straight body look more curvaceous, says Pamella Protzel Scott, creative director for the swimwear line Ella Moss Isla: “Bottoms with embellishments bring attention to the hips and create a waistline.” What to avoid: Designs that reinforce straight lines with vertical stripes or harsh square necklines, or anything completely solid and free of texture or accents.

Go West

Posted by Deelytz

I’m not too tall, if I was given a chance to take effective human growth hormone to add a few inches to my 5’4 frame, I might take that. My dream height would be about 5’7 or 5’8 but then again my husband has to take the hormone as well. It doesn’t help that I’m not too comfortable in wearing high heels. I love wearing sneakers and flip flops and I always feel like falling when I’m wearing high heels but I’m comfortable in wearing wedges. Not all wedges but most of them I guess. Saw some over at Nine West and then I drooled…

It’s time to wear those shorts, tank tops and if you have plans of hitting the beach, then you need to wear those bikinis but what happens when you enjoyed eating way before Summer starts? I have this dilemma since my family loves food, every Saturday when everybody’s at home my parents never miss out in laying a feast. Just a peek of the yummy treats I had this weekend which is why I need those weight loss supplement badly nowadays especially that summer is just around the corner.

Going Skinny

Posted by Deelytz

I’m into skinny jeans lately. Not that I’m really skinny but some skinny jeans really helps in making you look skinnier. I’ve read fat burner reviews and I promised myself that I won’t be just relying in camouflaging my flabs with the right clothes but I promised myself to really lose weight soon but right now that I don’t have the right numbers yet,I still have to look nice and these jeans will definitely look nice and I think they will make you look thinner…

From Gap

From Armani

From Giordano

Lovin’ Giordano these days, I bought one skinny dark denim jeans and I love the fit, people compliment me when I’m wearing it. I think I will be buying one again soon.

What’s Up, Gap?

Posted by Deelytz

I haven’t visited the Gap site for quite awhile now. So before talking to a friend about her bpi training, which needs a lot of explaining from her since I really didn’t understand what she texted me this morning, I had to take a peek of Gap’s shop online. It’s one of my favorite sites though I don’t shop there often because I find their items still a bit pricey for me but nothing beats giving your eyes some candies before anything else. :D

Okay, now I’m drooling…

Perfect tops for Summer combined with a nice pair of khaki, white or denim shorts plus flops or a girly sandals. Waaa… I need moolah! HAHA. :D

Be on VDay Scent

Posted by Deelytz

… before anything else. I was supposed to look for Outer Banks vacation rentals for my Aunt, they are excited to take a vacation after experiencing snowstorms and she was online last night telling me of plans in going to the Outer Banks with my Uncle and my cousins. Since everybody are still busy with work, she asked my help but I was a bit busy browsing stuff online and even saw this in time for Valentine’s Day…

I want to try the Cherry Blossom scent, I heard it’s a great scent. Okay. I better stop drooling for girly stuff online and start helping my Aunt before she thinks that I am too lazy to help her out.
