Losing It

Posted by Deelytz

I’m addicted to the Lose It iPhone app and I think this is a good thing because I can track my diet better. I know how much I’m taking and I have 1326 calorie budget a day. Not so much if you ask me but then I gain I want to lose at least 1 pound per week but so far, I’m always over the budget until yesterday when I started exercising again after 2 months of hybernation. HAHA. Well, for those who are not familiar with the application this is how it looks like well at least some of it…

This is where you log your food intake and your exercise to see how much more calorie budget you have for the day…

This is the graph look of your calorie budget…

I hope to keep this up. My aim is to lose 10 pounds for a year. HAHA. Yeah I loev to eat and 10 lbs is still hard.

Drool

Posted by Deelytz

I’m loving Gucci. I bought one from a friend and I don’t regret buying it. It’s my birthday gift for myself last March and I got it this April and I think it’s worth it. So when my friend posted another tote from Gucci, all I felt was drool over it…

But of course, I don’t have the money for it. It’s too much if I get this too. So I’m blogging this for those who are interested just visit my friend’s blog here. She has other wonderful items as well, feel free to ask her, she’s really nice.

Texas Dog Bite Lawyers

Posted by Deelytz

I have nothing to do one day and a friend of mine from Texas told me about dog bite and animal attacks. It got me so curious about this issue since there are so many stray dogs in my country. They actually got a Austin dog bite lawyer and good thing they have these in the states. I visited the Law Firm of O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath and learned that they are committed to provide the clients with superior client service and legal representation; they serve accident injury victims across the state of Texas. According to my friend’s experience solving this is was a breeze because they have a lawyer that was of so much help during the case. You see it has been reported that every year there are thousands of animal attacks and though most of it are not serious, there are cases when the victims die and it is not a joke to file cases. Claiming support will never be easy without professional help. I hope my country will have easy processing of such cases, I’m sure we also have so much animal attacks, most may not be reported.

My Bruce Lee Shoes

Posted by Deelytz

I want a pair of Toms but they are pricey when I asked at Powerplant and I’m not sure if I want that expensive pair. So when I saw these at Greenhills for only 250 pesos, I didn’t have any second thoughts…

They may not be as comfy as Toms but they will do. They are comfy too and lightweight. I love the design too, it give it’s character.

Matryoshka Love

Posted by Deelytz

I find Matryoshka designs appealing. I don’t know but aren’t they cute? Anyway, I got these from Esty.

I showed it to my best friend and she said okay to it. I don’t think she likes it tho or I would have received a better response but I LOVE it! I don’t know why but if she is drawn to snowflakes, I think I’m liking the Matryoska Dolls designs, not that I will be obsessed about it tho.

Every 3 Hours

Posted by Deelytz

My friend was telling me about life insurance this morning. She is an agent and is actually convincing me to get one. I’m already paying for an insurance that I think is okay, if only I studied it more then maybe I have more understanding of what I’m paying for today. Anyway, in return of the talk she gave me, she asked me of a very nice diet tip that I’m trying to practice today. I only got this tip last weekend while watching You Tube vids about exercising and dieting.

Try taking small quantity of snacks every 3 hours! This will increase your metabolism and keep it working and you will never feel so hungry when you have to eat your main meals for the day. Small amount but frequent eating will be ideal than just eating 3 main meals a day but with so much quantity.

The best snacks to have are the following: munch on sticks like carrot, cucumber sticks or any other veggies that you can munch raw. There are also nuts that will be nice and fruits. The key is pack your meals, or just even your light snacks. Count the hours you will have in a day at work and prepare the snacks so by meal time, you are not so hungry to fill in your stomach.

I hope to follow this but we have rice every breakfast so I don’t really get hungry to eat snack at around 10:30am. Well, my friend told me she will try this, I hope it works for her as well.

My New Love

Posted by Deelytz

Before I get into reading these body building supplement reviews that my friend asked me to read for him since he thinks I’m in the medical field and could actually give my two cents regarding his body building and the supplements he is taking, I just want to share my new found love, not a new guy, I’m already taken you know! It’s a Korean brand eyeliner that my cousin gave me before she came back to the States for a short vacation here in the Philippines.

It’s a brand that I haven’t heard yet. What I heard is that make ups from Korea are really nice to the skin. They are mild and are really made to compliment an Asian skin. I don’t wear a lot of make up but eyeliners became an everyday use for a month now and now that I found the very waterproof eyeliner from Korea, I’m ready to throw away my Body Shop eyeliner that smudges and fades since I have oily skin.

What’s in Your Kikay Purse?

Posted by Deelytz

I haven’t done this for quite some time now. I will be tagging friends and I hope they will join. I’ve been having problems of lessening the stuff I carry with me inside my bag. Now that I use bags that are a bit pricey, my best friend told me to learn to eliminate more stuff that I bring, to maintain the structure of the bags I use. That will be in another tag, I want to see what’s inside your bag soon… Now I actually cleaned my kikay purse first and this will be the first kikay tag I will be having…

My Kikay Purse, Jacq gave the purse to me and I really love how spacious it is and love design of the fabric too.

What’s inside?

I used to really pack the purse with so much stuff, now it’s very roomy. With just the essentials that I use everyday. There are 2 eyeliners, a lip gloss, a facial sunblock, my very reliable eyelash curler, my compact powder, a rubbing alcohol, hair brush, lotion and my id wallet.

What’s in yours? Grab this tag and link me! Thanks! ;)

Eye Creams, Badly!

Posted by Deelytz

Yeah, if there are 2 things I need for my face that would be for dark spots and those eye creams. People tell me I don’t look my age but sometimes that is hard to believe. I see myself in the mirror and see my photos when I was younger and I definitely see the difference.

and this is me now…

See the difference? More age spots right and those eyes look a bit more tired. I did get a little more confident if you want to look at the brighter side of things but still, I want to improve more, I dream of aging with grace and I will achieve that with a healthy mind and body plus of course a prettier face, even if it can be a wishful thinking. :D

Dressing It Up, Chrome Style

Posted by Deelytz

My husband is thinking of buying his toy car. He wants to dress it up with chrome mugs plus accentuate some parts with chrome trim. He particularly wants to put chrome in the fenders. I think I would have to agree that chrome beautifies and old school way better that having it in ordinary fenders. He was reading a site called carid.com last night and we were talking about pimping up his “soon to be” car when he gets enough moolah and I can say he is pretty psyched about it and is considering of ordering stuff online where quality is great and will definitely provide the custom look that he wants. I wish I can post a photo of the toy car that he wants to buy but I don’t want to jinx it so I would have to postponed that post up until the day that it is already parked in our garage, hopefully.
