So What’s New with Me?
I honestly need fat burners to wear the clothes I’m still keeping from my 110 pounds days. LOL. Since my Lose It app started, my eating has been carefully watched but there are days when you get tired of watching those calories that you tend to consume. I also find it hard to eat foods that are not listed in the Lose It app, I still have to search it online and list it in the Custom Food part of the app which is really time consuming if you are not up for it. So far since I think, March I only had 1 spin on the treadmill which was last May 18. Heat is taking a toll on me. I hate going out of the office because it is very hot outside. Going out in the sun to go to the parking lot then there’s AC in the car, then heat in the gym’s parking lot to the gym with AC, by then my migraine is saying hello to me. So yes, I need motivation. I need to dig those old photos of me to get some inspiration or else I will be gaining weight in no time!
