Steps in Washing Your Face

Posted by Deelytz

I am very thankful that I don’t have neck acne or back acne, problems that some of my friends have BUT then again, I had bad acne when I was in College and until now it reminded me of those days because they left me with notorious acne scars. I can’t do anything about it so the least thing that I can do for my face is wash it carefully everyday, praying that I don’t get acne anymore. Here are the steps:

  1. Wash your hands – Use an antibacterial soap and gently wash your hands with lukewarm water.
  2. Tie your hair – This way it will be more comfortable for you when you wash your face.
  3. Remove your makeup – Choose a mild makeup remover that suits your skin type and first remove the eye makeup.
  4. Wet your face – Splash your face with lukewarm water to prepare your skin for the cleanser and to open your pores for a deeper cleansing.
  5. Apply the cleanser – Make sure you cover all areas ??“ chin, forehead, nose, cheeks, neck. Massage your face with gentle circular motions for a minute.
  6. Rinse your face – Rinse your face with cold water to close the open pores and to improve your blood circulation.
  7. Gently blot your face – Pat your face with a clean towel.
