On Thin Hair
Posted by Deelytz
I wish I have a slight problem like that of my friend who is looking for the best shampoo for thin hair. She is using a very mild one right now but still unhappy with the results and so the quest of looking for the best shampoo is again on. You see my hair is the opposite, I have thick hair and I everyday iron it just to flatten it out and I also ask my stylist all the time to cut them in layers so that it will appear thin. I read from a magazine that there are certain tips to manage thin hair…
- Protein and Vitamin rich diets can help. Search for diets online that is rich in protein and vitamins, particularly from the group of the Vitamin B.
- Color can make a difference. Consult your color stylist to make your hair appear thicker. Adding color that is too contrasting to the scalp will make thinner hair more noticeable.
- Trim your hair regularly to restore health.
- Apply thickening agents but be warned to use the effective ones so don’t go overboard my buying everything. Be careful, read reviews and testimonials of clients.
- Lay off on the medications. If you are using for example, oral contraceptives, you must ask your doctor about it. It can be the root of the problem and have the medication changed.
