It was first founded in Minneapolis over 50 years ago and it is the fastest growing beauty school in the country and with that said a friend of mine wants to get into their cosmetology school in Phoenix. I think that it is a brilliant idea since she has talent and she used to be a fashion icon in our school when we were in high school. Lower grade students look up to her and I sometimes feel lucky that I became friends with her, well our group, you can say are one of the coolest groups in high school, well even though when I look at the pictures today, I can’t see anything cool in what I see. HEHEHE… Anyway, I wish her luck when she enrolls to Regency Beauty Institute. I totally support her decision in giving this a shot, I believe she is in good hands.
