I woke up past 3AM today, yikes! What time did I sleep last night? Around 10. 5 hours of sleep didn’t do me any good, I woke up with an acne again today. What is happening? SO instead of dong what I should do this morning, I end up looking for an anti acne cream that I can put every night. I’ve been bragging about my clear skin for the past few months and I have no clue what happened. I am not even stressed out from all the Christmas shopping because I started early to avoid it already. Work has been okay as well. So I am blaming it again to this crazy hormones of mine. I need to find something that can control it or else the dermatologist will be so right when she said to me once that I might still be getting acne even if I’m already 40 because of my hormones!
