Gobble Palooza

Posted by Deelytz

I was searching for a blackhead remover for my husband who is complaining about his blackheads, the only problem he has on his face, lucky him but my friends keep tweeting about Old Navy which distracted me. So even if I had to finish tasks and look for my husband’s request, I browsed at Old Navy’s site and sawso many goodies and what is nice is that all items are on sale because it’s Black Friday! I am very overwhelmed and when I said the news to my best friend, she has been throwing me links of really nice items left and right and boy it is really tempting but most clothes are for cold weather so I had to take a rain check plus I don’t think I have enough extra money to purchase more because I have more important items to ask my friend to buy for me online. If only there is more extra money, it will be nice. Oh well.

Beauty Update

Posted by Deelytz

I don’t know if I should try some wrinkle creams, I am seeing a few fine lines on my face but my real concern are the pimples that don’t want to stop showing on my face. I am totally getting irritated and self conscious because of it. I am still continuing my Clinique 3-Step as per advice of my sister and my friend who are using the product but to tell you honestly it gets me impatient sometimes because I am what, almost 34 and still pimples are popping on my face!?! I hope by December these pimples will disappear, I don’t to be looking so puffy and red with all these pimples in every Christmas party I will attend to plus I will be meeting some high school friends and of course after not seeing them for a long time, I want to look nice.

Relaxation Techniques

Posted by Deelytz

I’ve been having headaches lately, As the Holiday Season is drawing near, stress is also getting more intense because we want to do everything at the same time and finish all the work in time for the season. As for me, I am always in search for migraine relief.
I got a few tips online.

Stress Relief: Yoga, Meditation, and Other Relaxation Techniques. The body’s natural relaxation response is a powerful antidote to stress. Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, visualization, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, and yoga can help you activate this relaxation response. When practiced regularly, these activities lead to a reduction in your everyday stress levels and a boost in your feelings of joy and serenity. What’s more, they also serve a protective quality by teaching you how to stay calm and collected in the face of life’s curveballs.

Right now, I tried listening to the radio and the iTunes when I’m stressed out but when I’m totally distracted, I just stop, close my eyes and then do some scrapping, so far it has been very effective.

New Rules in the Camp

Posted by Deelytz

I work in a camp. I thought that when my father retires from the Army, I will stop going inside camps but I was wrong. Since I work for the Armed Forces, I always get in and out the camp and almost every month there are new rules, new governance comes new rules and regulations and that includes traffic regulations inside the camp. Speed limit of 30 kilometers is almost applied everywhere and Military Policemen hold radars everywhere, we might as well buy one of those radar detectors to help us detect if we are monitored by a radar and reduce our car’s speed before being ticketed for speeding. They are also implementing the stop sign rule and you really have to stop when you see a stop sign just like in the States and of course, respect the pedestrians who are crossing on pedestrian lanes. Though most people complain about it, well because they are not so used of strict traffic rules, I for one love the idea, it feels like even inside the camp, people are disciplined. I hope this won’t be just implemented just inside the camp, so wishful thinking but I hope traffic rules in the Philippines can someday be strictly implemented too.

Unexpected Expenses

Posted by Deelytz

Well, some unexpected expenses came out this month but these are the expenses that I really don’t mind because even if I know it’s out of our budget, I know it will give us comfort and fun. Let me enumerate some of them. For one, husband has his Boxie’s brake pads replaced. He was supposed to just have it fixed but I told him, that comfort and safety are important and since his car is an old school, better have important parts replaced with new ones because honestly, we don’t know how old those parts are already. Then my friend Joy linked a Cash Pinoy great deal for a Foie Gras Menu Degustation

Dinner Date

Restaurant Cicou is a French restaurant located at San Lorenzo, Makati City. We will be using the vouchers on our Anniversary. Hubby was very excited to see the deal yesterday and I purchased it via Paypal. The plan is to take a day off from work, spend the day with our son and then have our dinner date at Cicou and maybe watch a movie after.

This is the reason why there is the 3rd unexpected expenses, yes it’s plural because it’s a whole outfit, from the top to the shoes. HAHA… I don’t have a whole outfit to wear for these kinds of fine dining dinner dates. You see, when we became 3 in the family, we only have the malls as our retreat! My best friend is convincing me to buy a little black dress, I really want one for myself but I don’t know if it’s worth it since I am a pants-kinda-girl which is why when I saw this whole getup at Forever 21, I drooled… Goodness, I hope they have this in Megamall because our Anniversary is only less than 2 weeks away and please let this be doable, I mean I hope the prices will still be reasonable, I don’t want to buy a top that is worth a thousand pesos…

I WANT

I love the bag too, I wonder if I can fit all my stuff there. LOL.

My friend Glo and I are still waiting for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals to geta really nice promo for my acne solutions kit from Clinique. I really owe Glo big time since for 1. That kit is not available here in my place plus if ever it is, 2. I’m sure the price will be doubled because the 3-Step Skin Care kit here is priced doubled. I will really save so much if I order it from the United States. Hay thanks to helpful friends like her, I can grab really nice items for low prices…

Current Layouts

Posted by Deelytz

I am making this album really fast because of the promo codes that have expiration dates from Artscow but with the work I have and too much deadline is at stake, I only made 4 layouts this week. From the looks of it, I want to make 2 layouts a day so that should be 10, not even half. Well, I have no complains with work, it is providing so much for us especially now that it’s Christmas time. Anyway, let me share some of my layouts to you…

Yes or No

I’m trying to journal too, to make the layouts a little bit more personal. :D

Mobile Upgrade

Posted by Deelytz

My husband wants to get an HTC Desire but is quite unsure about it’s performance so I told him that he should read htc desire reviews first. I think that it is a very wise move to read feedback from users. I don’t want him wasting his money just to upgrade his mobile phone. I think his current phone is fine but if he wants an upgrade I really don’t mind as long as he will get a great buy and a very nice deal. I think he is taking my advice seriously and answered that he is not in a hurry to upgrade his phone anyway so I have him the link to read the reviews. He might check that out this weekend.

A Wise Investment

Posted by Deelytz

A few friends are convincing me to buy gold bullion as an investment. They want me to experience what they are experiencing right now. They have consulted some experts from United States Gold Bureau and bought bullion and coins to the company and so far they have invested quite a lot from the purchase. Gold has been the image of wealth and power and until today, it can secure your future and your family’s future. If I have the time, I will surely study more about this investment. From the words of my friends, it is a very promising business and very stable as well. All I need is to acquire more knowledge so I can spend the extra money wisely.

My First TB

Posted by Deelytz

TB stands for Tory Burch. Sorry I have to abbreviate, it will be too long for a title. LOL. Anyway, I got these from a friend who helped me place an order to Tory Burch’s Private Sale. I was really happy with my first purchase and I want to get a few more flats plus their sandals look so gorgeous as well. Hmmm… we’ll see, maybe I can get one for myself in time for my birthday next year. I just need to keep a little from my online money so I can save up until March. Yey! Anyway, I am happy with my first purchase and considering the original price, this one is a great steal!

My First TB - Thanks Faye!
