Food and Other Updates
The Nanny is registered for her entrance exam in a university, she is planning to take up something to do with Hotel services, she is actually dreaming of any chef work someday but I told her to take a 4-year course and if she is really determined to take up Culinary then she can support herself by taking up that after graduating from College. I really wish her well which is why we are supporting her College education, something I promised her and myself to do, more of like a mission and gratitude for taking care of our son since he was born.

I’m on a diet starting today. We are gearing up for Summer which means, shorts, tanks and baby tees which will look nice on a toned body. I don’t want to say skinny because that’s a built that will be very hard to achieve. Anyway, I am trying to cut my carbo intake and introducing wheat/rye crackers for breakfast and dinner. I am planning to just have rice during lunch, I can’t eliminate rice so I have to have at least one meal with it. Today, I had this for breakfast…
That’s mango yogurt, banana and the rye crackers.

On exercise. I promised to do it regularly starting tomorrow, March 1. We had our CBC last Thursday and though we haven’t received the results yet, I am doing this step to being healthy this year. Start the pace and keep on it like what I did last May to July when I consistently went to the gym twice a week.
