On Losing Weight (AGAIN)
I am reading a lot of Sensa reviews lately. Want to try losing weight through the sense of smell? That is how Sensa Weight Lose System is primarily designed and I am really curious. I am not really fat. I actually maintained my 120 lbs. weight and though I want to lose more, I am glad that I am not gaining anymore even if I sometimes eat a lot. Maybe eating a lot every weekends is compensated with me dieting the whole work week. My diet?
Breakfast:
I usually eat a bowl of oatmeal or a banana with a cup of my high calcium milk.
Lunch:
I usually eat a viand of fish and veggies or chicken and 1/2 cup of rice.
Dinner:
Anything fish or chicken with little rice and I drink another cup of my high calcium milk before bedtime.
This diet is working for me, the only thing I need is my enthusiasm and consistency of doing exercises which I should be doing twice a week. I sometimes gets busy at work that I can spend an hour in the gym.
