My JUJU Cleanse Challenge to Myself

I have been reading and thinking about this for weeks. I read tons of bloggers posting about it and I got to be sure that this is really safe before putting myself into it. My right pinky finger helped me decide faster and I’ve decided that doing it for a day wouldn’t hurt.

At first, I was considering of doing it for 3 days but then my husband suggested that I do it 1 day first and if my body responds to it really nicely then maybe I can plan better next year. So here is my plan, if this thing is really nice just like what I read from the all feedback, then by next year, I will do it twice a year. One after Christmas, to cleanse my body from all the binge eating and the other is in June just to prepare myself to all the binging again that can happen from celebrations like my husband’s birthday and the Holidays.

The JUJU Cleanse has 3 Levels. I was thinking of doing Level 2 for Day 1 and Level 3 for Day 2 but I changed my mind and settled for Level 1. I got really scared of going to the loo several times and end up being too woozy so I think for starters, I will be on Level 1.
