New Kitchen Sink

Posted by Deelytz

I think my parents should think of replacing our third kitchen sink at home because I think it certainly needs replacement. I saw a few Kohler kitchen sinks on sale but if I am to choose among the list of very useful and pretty kitchen sink designs, I will definitely choose a sink like this…

Kohler K-5931-4U-0 “Executive Chef” White/Color Undermount - Double Bowl Kitchen Sink

This Executive Chef Collection undermount double bowl kitchen sink offers elegant simplicity and an ample amount of workspace. Crafted from cast iron, this piece is reliable for years to come.

Priced at $469, I think it is very cheap.

Dark during The Night

Posted by Deelytz

I noticed that our garden is a bit dark during the night and with the bad neighborhood I suggested to my mom that maybe we can buy a few porch lights around the garden so it will have enough lighting just every night. It can be a waste in electricity but we have to consider burglary and that is really scary plus maybe a schedule should be implemented like maybe turn them on at 10pm to 3am, that’s only 5 hours. My mom agreed and I actually saw this…

I love the bronze color plus they come in cheap for $26.99. My mom will be happy. 2-4 of this at home will be good already.

Windmills at Home

Posted by Deelytz

Mom has been asking me to find these garden windmills for her garden. She loves plants and I dunno about the windmills but she told me it will enhance the beauty of her garden so I looked for it and saw this…

I think they are huge but very pretty to look at. I sure hope we get 3 of these. Mom wants 3 so 1 windmill won’t be looking so alone in the corner of the garden. I suggested she asks for a landscape professional so her money will not be wasted when she purchases them. 2 greens and 1 red will be very cute, I think. ;)

Finding the Dream in Tamarindo

Posted by Deelytz

A friend found a very nice Tamarindo Real Estate. She dreams of having a beach house and now she found it in Costa Rica. The place isn’t big but it sits right on the beach, nestled on the sand. She is so excited to have a vacation there with her family and friends. Hundreds of condo units and beach homes are being built in Tamarindo but over crowding is not a problem for the place is well supervised and planned. Giving every owner a chance to enjoy their dream house on the beach. I sure hope I get to see her beach house someday, I am due to visit her and some of my other friends in the states but God has better plans for us, so maybe next year. We’ll see.

A friend told me that she hoarded on humidifier filters recently. Winter just passed by and she gets cold most of the time during the change of weather, now that it is Spring in the States, she’s a bit better. I wanted a humidifier for our room myself. I used to ask what’s the smoke coming out from that machine in Korean hospitals whenever I watched Koreanobelas and I just discovered that it is actually a humidifier. So how does it works?

A humidifier is a household appliance that increases humidity (moisture) in a single room or in the entire home.

One thing that makes winter uncomfortable for humans, even inside a nice warm building, is low humidity. People need a certain level of humidity to be comfortable. In the winter, indoor humidity can be extremely low and the lack of humidity can dry out your skin and mucous membranes. Low humidity also makes the air feel colder than it actually is. Dry air can also dry out the wood in the walls and floors of our houses. As the drying wood shrinks, it can cause creaks in floors and cracks in drywall and plaster. Humidifiers can make your home more comfortable.

I want one from these 2 humidifiers:

Yeah, I have a thing with blue. HEHE. :D

Office Stuff at Home

Posted by Deelytz

My husband has been browsing in some office furniture sites because I’ve been bugging him to buy an office chair for our table at home. We’ve been using different chairs and stools and it’s hurting our backs. The problem is our tastes vary and he likes the small, simpler chairs while I’m opting for a more classy style. Well, I saw an office chair that had a red backrest and black leather upholstered seat and I love it, the problem is that my husband thinks it’s too expensive. Blah! So we are actually looking for a small version of this chair which he saw online and liked it a lot, I think, this one is okay with me unlike the ones he chose before this…

Better than those ordinary computer chairs!

For The Home

Posted by Deelytz

Entertainment centers are popular places now that life even at home is very much techie. Nowadays, people love to watch movies at home. Blue Rays and DVDs are popular stuff so we can watch our favorite movies in the comforts of our own homes. As for me who prioritizes comfort above all else also thinks of the coziness of the place, the seating and the ambiance which is why I dream of having these in our dream home someday…

  • Choice of black or brown top quality leather
  • Hidden finger tip recline lever
  • Needs only 3 inches from the wall for full recline
  • Elegant tailoring
  • Coordinates with other pieces from this collection making numerous variable layouts possible (View more images above)
  • This model is a left arm recliner
  • This chair is typically used as the first chair in a row.
  • There are connectors on both sides of the chair for attachment to an adjacent chair or component.
  • Can be coordinated with double arm and right arm recliners for a connected set.

Nice features right? 3 or 4 of these is not bad for a cold cozy entertainment part of the house. :D

Mattress Covers

Posted by Deelytz

My son enjoys playing his cars on our bed, the problem is that he wants our comforter removed and just wants to play purely on our mattress which I disapproved. It’s been years since we bought the mattress and I know there are a lot of allergens in that mattress and I don’t want Lil Dee catching anything from it. But toddlers are sometimes naughty and when I take my sight away from him, he lifts the covers right away. I want an allergy mattress covers that can take away allergens and won’t be easily removed from the mattress and I saw one online…

They are water resistant and protect the mattress from molds and dust mites. Really nice huh?

Before Slacking Again

Posted by Deelytz

With more shopping in real life and surfing for sites that offered the Black Friday sales, I was busy with my real life spending more moolah for gifts and loots for the family. Actually, my online friend Glo, gave us a Thanksgiving site ad from Walmart that we can browse and get orders through her. I bought a few items for me and my boys. While the husband gets a notebook computer for himself and for my son are 2 packs of Hot Wheels cars, I got this set…

I’ll be getting them this January. I’m a sucker for beds and I’m too excited to use these in ours. Yey!

Focusing for the Home

Posted by Deelytz

My sister talked to me and she was telling me how cold the weather is now in Canada. She wishes to have one of the heated mattress pads she saw online with all the other needed items at home. She needs one of those pads badly she adds. I actually wish we have winter here but since this is a tropical country, humidity is sometimes a problem and dust is all over the place. Like me, my sister is focusing on getting some useful stuff for her apartment while I try to complete the things we need here. My son has been sick lately, thank God he doesn’t have cough or colds but I guess we somehow have to practice more sanitation at home. My husband told me that no shoes allowed inside our bedroom. We have to leave the them outside our bedroom door and put our bedroom slippers on. Frankly speaking, I’m getting used to this idea, I think it’s okay to practice. I should really have general cleaning before the Holidays.
