In Search for a Mascara

Posted by Deelytz

I am currently watching all of The MakeUp Chair’s videos one by one. I love her, well she is really white and we don’t have the same skin color but I love the way she fixes herself and puts on her make up. So I need to get a new mascara, mine is already expired so coincidentally, she has a new video about mascaras and I think I will get one of her recommendations…

and I also ordered the mini ELF eyelash curler that she recommended…

I’m really excited to use this.

I have this Bobby Brown blush that has different shades and a friend told me it can also be used for highlighting and so I searched about this technique and I came across this make up guru in You Tube that I adore. Yes, my make up guru subscription is growing and she is my current fave!

Nice Alternative for Curly Hair

Posted by Deelytz

I’ve been looking for pretty styles to style my unmanageable curly hair, honestly? I’m tired of the clean bun style but I don’t want to waste my money to have a rebond because I am planning to have a digital perm in June. So I went to Luxy Hair, the sisters that I follow over at You Tube with some really nice alternative for bun if you have curly hair.

I used to braid my hair a lot when I was in high school, I might try this one but first I need to find a tutorial on how to curl the hair using a flat iron. :)

The Side Bun

Posted by Deelytz

I think they are pretty, be it messy or the cleaner look. Side buns are one way to make a twist to your boring bun (well, in my case, I’m always in search on ways to try different styles with that same bun) LOL. Am I making any sense? Anyway, here are my inspirations…

Astounding Foundation Video

Posted by Deelytz

As I was searching for foundations that can be used with acne prone skin, I came across this astounding video of a model with acne skin but manages to look great in real life and photographs with make up, I must admit, I wasn’t expecting her skin to be with so much acne, she’s really good and mastered in covering her acne. I completely understand where her emotions are coming from when her voice sounded a bit shaky, I had acne skin and though my face improved so much through these years, it left scars that will be a forever reminder. From a flawless skin during high school to bad skin in college to worst with cystic acne during pregnancy, I must admit it is hard. I fell her. Anyway, watch the video to know how beautiful she is.

Breakups and Makeups

Posted by Deelytz

First, well, I find it weird that somehow Michelle Phan’s face changed. I dunno but I think it’s the lips or the shape of her face. But anyway, I find her latest video entertaining plus I can’t wait to see what will be the next chapter of that video. Watch!

Trying Organic Products

Posted by Deelytz

I am slowly turning to organics when it comes to toiletries and so far my loots are really nice and I want to try more. Great thing they accept paypal payment and I will not have to worry about online purchasing from their site. I am not comfortable using my credit card online and this is the best way to pay the items, in my opinion. Anyway, I want to try somethign for my face, I have sensitive skin and I hope these items work for me…

I want to have an everyday facial wash…

aloefacialwash1

Aloe Vera has been used for centuries to soften and moisturize skin while guava improves skin texture, firms and tightens skin. This light foaming gel is best for oily and acne prone skin.

This is only 149.75

And then I want a facial wash that I can use maybe twice a week to exfoliate my skin and I think this one is nice…

main_balancingfacialwash2

Bamboo beads and Luffa gently exfoliate at a level safe for everyday use as well as helping to regulate oil and promote circulation. Meanwhile, exotic and prized Elemi oil is known for its anti-bacterial and healing properties. Finally, Peppermint oil leaves your face with a delicious tingly feeling! For best results, follow up with our 100% natural Balancing Toner.

For only 79.75. Imagine how cheap these items are! :)

Hand Care from L’Occitane

Posted by Deelytz

My husband found a great company who can do perfect roadside assistance if ever we need one, I wish I can say the same when it comes to hand care. I am forever searching for the perfect hand care. The only thing, I am not trying is the paraffin therapy once a week which I find very expensive that is why I can’t do it religiously so I want to rely on products that can really help me. A lot of them claim they are the best, from the cheapest brand to the expensive ones, I tried them and most of them failed me, if not some are to expensive for me to use it regularly. I found another brand that might work though and though it is expensive if I buy them here in my country, I can purchase it online and have families or friends ship it here from the US.

Shea Butter Mini Hand Cream

“Have you experienced our world renown Shea Butter Hand Cream yet? Coined “life-changing”, “a beauty must-have”, “a hand bag essential”, “ultra moisturizing”, by its users – one of our Shea Butter Hand Creams is sold around the world every 5 seconds. A super-smoothing–and best-selling–synergy of 20%Shea Butter, honey and sweet almond extract, blended with the light and alluring aromas of jasmine and ylang-ylang essences. This beauty balm glides on and absorbs to help heal, protect, and moisturize dry or dehydrated skin. Anti-oxidizing vitamin E helps nourish. Invites even the most hard-working hands to a fresh beginning.”

What I love about it is the fact that it is light and non greasy which is perfect for my sweaty palms that is often dry especially during cold season. I hope this one works.
