I am practically bored at work today. Thoughts are popping in my head so I thought of blogging just to divert my thoughts a bit while I wait for patients who seem to be nowhere today. Anyway, I have a few mumbling to say and you can skip this post if ever I bore you.

• My mom asked me to find a dog bed for our dog at home. He sleeps on the ground out in the garden and he is already old and since I am online all the time, I was the one who was asked to look for it.
• My best friend’s parents are coming from California and that means I will be getting my little loots too.
• My best friend is going to be a mom soon. She wants to give birth to their firstborn this week but her doctor predicted he will probably come out by next or next next week.
• Still in the process of soul searching these days. Been thinking a lot lately and I am wishing I don’t think that much anymore but my thought are on a hyper-drive.
• I think I should go back to reading books instead of staying online most of the time. I have 3 books to finish and I should start now.

This month started in the wrong foot and though my hopes are up there are certain issues that I want to address like my son’s nanny graduating from High School with honors and going to college. We promised her of sending her to college which we will do but since there are certain issues that are challenging our family these days, her taking information technology degree or any other 4 year degree for that matter might be delayed for 2 years but I told her that I am willing to enroll her to a vocational course first and then after 2 years she can decide if she wants to continue it to college when our son can go to school on his own and will not need a nanny. I want his nanny to stay with him while I’m at work because his nanny took care of him from 3 months old and I don’t want to hire a new nanny anymore. I hope and pray our plans will work for the welfare of our son and also for our son’s nanny.

I have a couple of unattended errands that I am not really looking forward to this week and next week, it’s not actually for payday loans but it is actually a bit private to discuss online. Anyway, I have a couple of tasks that I also need to do and I also want to finish my son’s birthday album for this year or there might be a possibility of me forgetting all about it! Thank God for the patients that I’ve been having at work, I got a couple of dispenses that adds up to my earnings and though not much, it is helping us. This month is not so good month for us but April is just starting and God is great, I have my hopes up!

Well, some unexpected expenses came out this month but these are the expenses that I really don’t mind because even if I know it’s out of our budget, I know it will give us comfort and fun. Let me enumerate some of them. For one, husband has his Boxie’s brake pads replaced. He was supposed to just have it fixed but I told him, that comfort and safety are important and since his car is an old school, better have important parts replaced with new ones because honestly, we don’t know how old those parts are already. Then my friend Joy linked a Cash Pinoy great deal for a Foie Gras Menu Degustation

Restaurant Cicou is a French restaurant located at San Lorenzo, Makati City. We will be using the vouchers on our Anniversary. Hubby was very excited to see the deal yesterday and I purchased it via Paypal. The plan is to take a day off from work, spend the day with our son and then have our dinner date at Cicou and maybe watch a movie after.

This is the reason why there is the 3rd unexpected expenses, yes it’s plural because it’s a whole outfit, from the top to the shoes. HAHA… I don’t have a whole outfit to wear for these kinds of fine dining dinner dates. You see, when we became 3 in the family, we only have the malls as our retreat! My best friend is convincing me to buy a little black dress, I really want one for myself but I don’t know if it’s worth it since I am a pants-kinda-girl which is why when I saw this whole getup at Forever 21, I drooled… Goodness, I hope they have this in Megamall because our Anniversary is only less than 2 weeks away and please let this be doable, I mean I hope the prices will still be reasonable, I don’t want to buy a top that is worth a thousand pesos…

I love the bag too, I wonder if I can fit all my stuff there. LOL.

I am not the type who look down to what they call, “big” girls. I have a few friends who are in the plus size and I still find them really pretty inside and out. I think size doesn’t matter though for some health reasons, I choose to stay on the medium size myself. Anyway, I have a friend in California who PMed me about plus size lingerie and she wanted to ask for my opinion regarding of what to get from this online store because she and her husband are going on a vacation soon. She was a bit skeptic at first and asked me if it’s okay… If she has the right to wear these types of clothing and I told her, of course! If it’ll make her feel good plus will make his husband drool over him then by all means right?!?

I’ve been very busy these past few months, work has been very good to me, blessings are pouring which is why in one way or another we want to share our blessings to our love ones, hence some small gifts to friends and sharing our special day in a nice hotel with my family this December, just a simple thanksgiving to God for all the blessings. Anyway, it’s also the reason why I haven’t gone to the gym because I have to beat deadlines almost every week so my exercising suffers, I think I should just rely and browse www.lipofuze.net to have help in losing weight, but the thought remains, “I am going to the gym not to lose so much weight… I go there to be healthy.” I vow to start going next week again because diet is just giving me hyper acidity and it is hard. I better just go and exercise to burn the calories.

On another note, I made another page again and it’s another minimalist page. I am sticking to my style, since it is less fuss plus it takes less of my time. I think it’s pretty. Love your own! Oh well…

In my small family, the three of us love gadgets. Well my husband in particular are into techie stuff. If we have the means to maybe buy those uber techie gadgets, maybe he will not hesitate to purchase every latest technology. I don’t want to say we are techie addicts since we can leave the gadgets when needed plus we had days when we lasted without laptops or going online but imagine those people who are in any form of addiction. I bet it is very hard and the healing process is very painful. I have a colleague who had a son who was an addiction and if he was still living, I bet the non 12 step program of MalibuHorizon.com will work on him. The youth today are more susceptible with these addictions, parents should know the very best for them, it is always hard for the family to deal with such, I should know, I saw that to my colleague’s family.

My iPhone dropped twice already and though it is still working fine, thank goodness, I sometimes think that maybe I should get an iphone insurance just to be sure. I’m still paying the installment monthly and my husband reminded me that I should take care of it but a son who loves to play with my phone every so often, I think it is very advisable to get insured. Still a few more months to go and I will have 2,000 bucks off my budget for the fee.

I am wearing my long sleeves today plus I’m enjoying my hot cup of coffee without sweating even if the A/C is turned on low. It’s the rainy season, my favorite season in our country. Since I love the cold weather and we don’t have winter, the rainy season is the closest I get to enjoy cool weather. I hope we won’t have strong storms this year though, I think we had enough of those.

I love myself during the year, 2004. I think this was the year this photo was taken. This was in Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Hong Kong. We were with my Aunt and her family who visited Philippines to attend my brother’s wedding and we flew with them in Hong Kong for a 4-day trip. I want to get back to this built, I’m around 120ish now and I was like 110ish in this photo. I love my face here as well, I have acne scars here already but the dark spots are nowhere in sight plus my freckles were all in the right places just like I used to remember back in high school. As you grow older your skin and your body get more problems, I hope mine stops at 32 and when I turn 33 tomorrow, everything will start to look better.
