My friend and I were talking about the fishnet panties she gave her friend during her friend’s bridal shower party and I was laughing so hard because I thought she was joking, I know about fishnet stockings but I have no idea how that one looks like so I Googled when my sister in law popped me on Yahoo Messenger to tell me they are currently filling a box to bring back to the Philippines from their vacation in the United States so I did some random window shopping and controlled myself from putting so much in my Forever21 cart that I ended up just buying 1 item. I am actually proud of myself, from almost 10 items it narrowed down to just 1 and here is the lucky item that I picked…

I really love the overall look of this model from her sandals to the accessories, now I want those kinds of accessories! I used to have those when I was a newly grad from College, I should have kept them if I knew they will be in style again. Darn!

As early as today, I am planning my Christmas list. I have some people eliminated on my previous list, I think that I should examine myself and ponder who are “really” the special people in my life. I admit, one of the reasons of doing this is budget constraints and even if we are on a tight budget, I feel that even with the simplest gifts, I want to give back to the very nice people I have around, whether family or friends. Even when I was single, I used to look first for my friends and then of course to my boyfriend (who is now my husband) and I am sure he also took extra effort to find me some really nice girlfriend gifts like what I did when we were just dating and then I spend most of the time thinking of gifts for my family. It takes me more time in thinking of what to give my family because, of course, they are extra special. Anyway, so far I only have a few people on my list right now and I might buy gifts for them online. We’ll see what happens. I need to compute, list down and decide soon before Christmas rush comes in.

Who knew? Nah! I bet everybody who tried online shopping will say that it is so much fun! It is fast, convenient and hassle free. You don’t need to dress up when your only plan is to buy a couple of lcd tv mounts for your house. You don’t need to face that horrendous traffic in EDSA and spending longer time in finding a parking space than spending in the mall itself. My Dad doesn’t have patience when it comes to shopping for these items, he will me more patient to wait if he wants to dine in his fave restaurant but for equipment like these, he leaves it on me and boy I am glad to know more online stores than anything else and since I love online shopping, I found the best mounts for him and I didn’t have to go through a nightmare.

I saw really nice polo tops for my son that will go nice when his daddy is also wearing one. I really love when their outfits blend well when they are together. Anyway, here are the cute finds.

I was searching for a blackhead remover for my husband who is complaining about his blackheads, the only problem he has on his face, lucky him but my friends keep tweeting about Old Navy which distracted me. So even if I had to finish tasks and look for my husband’s request, I browsed at Old Navy’s site and sawso many goodies and what is nice is that all items are on sale because it’s Black Friday! I am very overwhelmed and when I said the news to my best friend, she has been throwing me links of really nice items left and right and boy it is really tempting but most clothes are for cold weather so I had to take a rain check plus I don’t think I have enough extra money to purchase more because I have more important items to ask my friend to buy for me online. If only there is more extra money, it will be nice. Oh well.

There are so many carts I dealt with yesterday and it was funny how talking to my dentist friend about medical carts, which I asked her for help since my supervisor asked me to look for several pieces online since they know I go online all the time and actually led to her carting some items from Old Navy. I know! It’s so hilarious. She told me I thought I needed those medical carts but why are we spending for items in her ON cart. Yesterday, I bought a top plus 2 jeans for my son. I’m into tunics right now, I think they are very versatile, meaning they are nice with leggings, jeggings, skinny jeans and shorts.

I am starting to shop for Christmas. I have a very short list which is better because I can concentrate on giving nicer stuff to so few people and thank God for friends who are willing to buy cheaper items but of great quality for me in the United States. My husband asked me a favor to buy a barcode scanner for him. Not that he will be putting up his own business and will need one but he is developing a database at work which uses the gadget so he wants one for himself just so if ever he brings his work at home rather than borrow the one they have at work. Which I think is practical, anyway his job is very important. I already ordered a few items online one of which is a gift for my Mom…

I know it is not much compare to all the sacrifices and love she has given me but I want it to be more special especially it’s Christmas time! If you want to order more nice item for Christmas, go and take a peek at my friend’s blog, sometimes she posts her items there.
