I work in a very lax community. I am grateful for having superiors that are very considerate of their employees and their private lives and for me, I promised myself that I will never take advantage of their being considerate. But there are employees who take advantage of such superiors and I believe that it is practical for superiors to use Employee Monitoring Software to monitor their employees.

Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000

Last Friday, my husband and I went out to lunch for some little hunt for two barcode scanners because theirs at work broke, again! It is the second time that their one and only barcode scanner broke and his new boss wants to be sure so he asked hubby to get not just one but two for the office. I had the adventure of looking for new gadgets while we are on a hunt, I also looked and peeked of the prices of DSLR cameras today, particularly Nikon because I am an avid Nikon owner and I was so happy to know that some stores offer, 0% interest if you buy a camera from them plus they offer discount on accessories. I hope and pray this tight budgeting will be just this year and maybe with God’s grace, I can already invest on equipment so that I can offer more to prospective clients in the future.

Honestly? Well, I am very loyal to Apple but I sometimes feel I need one of those cute laptops notebooks that I can carry everywhere. A MacBook is very heavy to carry around and sometimes, I need a laptop when I stay in a place for quite some time, like while in Starbucks waiting for a friend or in a restaurant waiting for my food. I have so much work online and I have too much to blog and when I get home, I cut my online life to spend the night with my son, so I can only go online during the day at work or during the night which I don’t usually do because I often fall asleep. I oftentimes miss blogging because of my busy life, but then with a netbook, I can squeeze it in anytime. I hope, Santa is listening, even if it is not yet Christmas time. LOL.

I am still dreaming of having a new laptop! Mine is so worn out, I bought it pre-owned and when I look at it, it just looks too worn and over used. My husband is telling me to maybe consider of getting a custom laptop and I am seriously considering it though I am a avid fan of a certain brand, I can have a custom made especially for me! That is so special isn’t it? But what do I need get? What specifications do fit me? Well here are the key items of how my activities go online:

• I do scrap a lot so I need a very big space in the drive so I can save some stuff in my laptop if I get too lazy to connect my EHD.
• I also do photography so a really nice resolution of the screen will be really great in editing photos.
• I use, Photoshop and Lightroom and sometimes, my laptop hangs when I open the two applications so a laptop that won’t do that is what I really need.
• I surf and blog all the time too so I need a fast performing laptop that will do that.
• My son also watches movies online, so great sound and high resolution are nice.

That’s about it, I guess. I will have to come back to this post once my husband decided on giving me one customized laptop just for me!

I am dreaming of a Macbook Unibody right now. Last year, I wished for iphone and I got my wish and until now I’m still enjoying the mobile phone. My old Macbook is making some noises that scares me, I’ve been using this old laptop for quite some time now and my husband bought it as a second hand and I don’t think I can use this quite longer, I am sure it needs repair already. Anyway, here is the Unibody that I want to get, I hope an angel can help me…

My husband wants to get an HTC Desire but is quite unsure about it’s performance so I told him that he should read htc desire reviews first. I think that it is a very wise move to read feedback from users. I don’t want him wasting his money just to upgrade his mobile phone. I think his current phone is fine but if he wants an upgrade I really don’t mind as long as he will get a great buy and a very nice deal. I think he is taking my advice seriously and answered that he is not in a hurry to upgrade his phone anyway so I have him the link to read the reviews. He might check that out this weekend.

I am thinking of buying a similar HDTV like this one…

Though we are not planning to buy a really big television, we love the sleek design of a Samsung HDTV that is very proper in a small bedroom like ours. Our son will soon be going to school so the fear of his nanny just using the television when we are at work will be gone so we can enjoy hooking it up with our laptop and working using the television and of course enjoy watching wonderful movies on it. We are planning to buy a 24″ tv, I hope it will push through early next year.

My iPhone dropped twice already and though it is still working fine, thank goodness, I sometimes think that maybe I should get an iphone insurance just to be sure. I’m still paying the installment monthly and my husband reminded me that I should take care of it but a son who loves to play with my phone every so often, I think it is very advisable to get insured. Still a few more months to go and I will have 2,000 bucks off my budget for the fee.
