Backpacking for a Trip

We’ll be backpacking for a tiny trip in Batangas soon. I am sort of excited because this will be partly work and partly out of town trip with my boys. I want a Columbia backpack because I have no plans in bringing our huge luggage but I might be brining it because I have so much to pack! This trip is actually for a shoot with my team, maybe a few only knew that I am included in a photography team which focuses on weddings in particular. All of us in the team have regular work so we try to limit our bookings because we can’t sacrifice our jobs (yet) hehehe… Anyway, about the bags, I want to get the purple one so that my husband can also carry it…

I am a jeans kinda girl. I love wearing jeans all the time, I usually pair them with tees, polo shirts and girly tops but sometimes, I feel the need of wearing something really girly hence, the trying so hard of wearing a dress and I get nice compliments from friends and especially my son, which is really priceless. My husband is looking for some led lights and I wasn’t sure at first why he wants those, I thought he would use it for his car or something related to that but then he told me that they have a project at work which will be needing these lights so I helped him by browsing yesterday while I had some idle time at work and I was so happy I found these for him…

They have this in different colors which they need.

His and Her in Reading

I love the smell of paper and I enjoy flipping through the pages and how I can use my marker to highlights phrases or sentences in the books I read, my husband is the exact opposite, he loves to read ebooks, I could never understand it, I tried reading an ebook and my head hurt from the glare. That’s me while he is wishing for a kobo wireless ereader, I want a led light bookmark for my book reading. I got my wish, while his is a little bit more expensive so we are waiting for extra money to buy his wish. Well, I think I will probably buy that for him on his birthday which is way too far. I will have time to save.

For Work and Some Updates

A lot of you know that I work in a hospital as a doctor and one of my med carts in the office broke and so I had to request for a replacement since the cart cannot function anymore and the office needs one for storage. I applied for a request today and hopefully they will put action by next week and have it replaced by then. Right now, the papers and some medical stuff have to sit on top of the extra office table that we have in the office. I am planning to clean up and organize the office soon.

I’ve been busy too for a career change. Well, I will still be working in the same field and same office but hopefully praying for a career growth soon. I guess, it’s about time and I hope God guides me through this. Papers need to be filed plus I need to organize so much when I came back from my leave, not having the internet access for 2 days helped and now that everything is back to normal, I got internet again and I can relax and surf online plus blog. I miss blogging!

We have Diabetes in our genes and I have a grandmother who died from it and an uncle who is treating his disease with medicines but good thing he knows about cancer from actos which is why he is very conscious of the maintenance he takes for his ailment. He usually asks his sons to research about the medications first before taking it, he once heard about actos and remembered it but a lot of diabetic patients are unaware of this medication and the risk of having bladder cancer because of it.
